I used to have a greetings card progam....Picture It. I have found nothing which is as comprehensive and easy to use. I have bought other card making programs but they are nowhere near as flexible in their use. I used to make my own cards all the time, now I only make them very occasionally.
I still lament its passing.

There are lots of online card making sites that you can use to design and print cards without installing anything on your PC, here is one of them

Here is an installable application that works in Windows 7 that does it.
I haven't tried either myself though so can't recommend them.
