The top flight is a different ball game now to when it tolerated clubs like Luton,Wimbledon,Notts County and Carlisle Utd. If Luton want to return there they'll have to spend many millions on a new ground and get some dodgy foreign investor in who'll probably want to make em play in orange with black spots and call themselves Luton Leopards or summat similarly stupid!  |
Well aware they were never in my lifetime a top flight team,But as yeh say they were in it fer years, So therefore the owd fans dream, as we did after 62.
