The only one I used to occasionally frequent when I was a nipper was the one next to the bingo hall at the top of Oxford street. Its now a Dance-wear shop.

The rules about age are dependant on the jackpot amount. There is a low limit for kids(~£5 i guess), £25 in pubs and higher in clubs.
