The police have the guest book already and are (supposedly
) investigating. They have interrogated the (at that time ) owner, but he was released and as now moved to USA. His wife who was co owner, died in suspicious circumstances at around the time the guest house was 'in use'.
The guest list was photographed, and pics published on the web, by a whistleblower social worker.
It so happens that Cyril Smith was a 'guest' - maybe we will have to wait for the others to die before they are exposed for what they are.
