. It was a good interview, Brett said how grateful he is to Stanley for letting him train with them, that primarily he wants to get himself fit & play for another year & he hopes he can do enough to earn himself a contract.
He thinks he could still do a good job in football even though he's the 'wrong side of 37' (his words not mine).
While he didn't specifically say he wants to come back to Stanley i got the feeling that it just might happen & after listening to him I'd be chuffed to bits if it did.
