Re: Today in pictures
A selection from my walk yesterday afternoon.
The large red flowers were in a garden, about 20cm in diameter they look a bit like a giant hibiscus. The damsons were in the same garden - love their colour. The rose reminds me of pear drops for it's colour. The photo of the farm with the little weir in front put me in mind of Dave because of the water - it's part of the irigation systen and the water goes down off the center either side into the stream but also continues under the path and fills another channel on the other side. I was gutted that the common blue was slightly out of focus this time but the orange moth is a bit better. The two ladies in the village are both 75 and often stop me for a chat when they see me out walking...
