I've got a (Panasonic 34") TV that I use for my CCTV system, upto now, I've never had any problems with it (I've had it about 5yrs).
Lately, it seems to have acquired a distorted horizontal section across the top part of the screen.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen to them or if anyone has any advice/ideas on a cheap fix.
