Can`t tell from the pic, is it a lcd/plasma or an old type CRT. I`m guessing LCD/Plasma from it`s age, but the old CRT have some settings you could fiddle with (verticle/horizontal hold plus a few more I can`t remember), usually screw type things hidden somewhere around the back. Don`t think anyone fixes TV`s anymore, cheaper to chuck away and buy a new one.
