In April this year I acquired my first bus pass. On two or three occasions when I have used it I have been of the opinion that the bus companies are cheating on the councils. I got on the bus at Church and told the driver I was going to Ossy library, when I looked on my ticket it said the destination was Blackburn centre. On another occasion I got on at the library going to Church and the ticket destination said Accrington centre. I assume that these prices are claimed back through the council. Are we being ripped off?
