i think you will find that after many years of seeing the brown ones getting away with murder the white ones have joined in and are just as bad.

it should have been nipped in the bud years ago because now its a free for all on the roads where zigzags , yellow lines and red lights especially mean sod all and although it may be a small percentage that jump red lights it only takes one to kill a family
