Thats maybe cos hardly anyone goes down town any more Irene.
Funny thing i just walked down from top of Ossy n noticed a traffic warden noting the times of parked cars etc, This in areas yeh can only park fer so long!!, Shame they dont bother wi Blackburn Rd Accy were yeh aint supposed to park at all.
