I guess, you are always going to have corruption in any government institution because folk are addicted to money and power.

I think that every MP/department head should be subjected questioning via truth serum and a lie detector.Questions like "have you personally profited from your position" or "have you used your office to provide favoritism to someone as a reward"......Anything other than a pass would result in an investigation (it's one way to try an put some honesty back into the system).I'd bet my last penny Cameron and his firm would fail these tests.Im not saying it will totally eradicate corruption but hopefully it would (dramatically) reduce it.
