I believe it has been let. Apparently a let sign has gone up over the 'to let' sign.
Hopefully they will make good use of it and I hope it goes well for whoever has decdied to rent it.
It was up to let for £12,000 per annum.
I believe though it is structurally unsound and needs works carried out and that the upper floors were made condemned.
What will happen? Only time will tell! (Or a knowledgeable accy webber
