I am sorry Bob, but Leigh is NOT in Lancashire and hasn't been for a long time. It is now part of the Metropolitan county of Greater Manchester and whilst residents of the town may get angry for being part of Wigan (which it is) I know from personal experience that Wiganers still insist on being part of Lancashire (which like Southport, it isn't anymore!)
