Thats a point whats happening to our home grown medical professionals??? It seems that there are better prospects elsewhere, or its the conditions like pay, hours n training plus critisms within NHS. As our country is plying in professionals from abroad as in other areas, why is the Gov letting our services down?!? like the dentistry here .... suppose its answers on a postcard time.
