He has printed another fifty copies since Christmas and we met up for lunch a couple of weeks ago and he brought me a copy. The book is an excellent record of the latter years of Accrington Station and includes lots of photographs not seen before and some from unusual angles and locations. I found the last few pages paricularly poignant as the photos show the sad decline of the staion after the closure of the line up through Baxenden to Bury along with the knocking down of Platforms 1, 2 & 3. Well worth the money and a 'must' for any 'Owd Accringtonian'.
