According to this week's Observer the Click & Collect facility is a great success.
Unfortunately they printed some figures :
Operating for 6 months - 26 weeks
27 Traders participating
350 products sold through this facility
That averages out approximately at each trader selling 1 item every 2 weeks.
This seems to be a great success
otherwise everything spent on this facility (to encourage more people to shop in Accrington???????), would have been wasted.
Seems like deja vu once again.
