Today in Pictures, one of those days when I was playing out, and didn't want to go home for my tea, so I didn't.

1. Calf Hey reservoir from half way up a hill.
2. Another of the reservoir at sea level, well reservoir level really.
3. This path once linked all the small holdings together, there are stone mounds all along this path.
4. The wet bit is the second reservoir, Ogden.
5. The tree that has been shaped by the environment.
6. There are many streams feeding into the reservoir system.
7. Walls and gate posts are dotted about the area.
8. This Lichen grows in abundance on the trees around here, there are too many to be specific as to variety, best guess Reindeer Lichen.
9. Another of those random walls that don't make sense now, but must have done when the area was densely populated.
10. And finally Calf Hey from the top end, When I arrived just after 2pm the area was mucked up with folk, now at 5.30pm there are very few, so it must be time for me to go as well, but today was just a pleasure to be out, and in one of my favourite areas, so as I head home I am tired but with lifted spirits.
