They have been handed out on request rather than automatically. If you want one you need to ask for one to be left at the ticket office on Saturday, or collect one beforehand.
Strangely enough not everybody wanted one, hence the request rather than automatic. Goes to prove even if you offer free admission it doesn't always work, no wonder they can't please everybody with the admission prices
