That is just me and my dislike of food that has been 'messed with'.
I prefer my burgers made with just beef(freshly minced where possible) and just a hint of condiments.
I am very wary of commercial burgers....I like to make my own.....and when I am feeling very adventurous(which isn't often these days)..... I add dry mustard to the mix before frying.

Somewhere I read they apply the one mile rule in sourcing their produce. The burgers were in no way commercial burgers Margaret can you not tell that from the photo? A beautiful hand crafted beef patty. How is chorizo* contaminating it ???All of the meat and over 100 different vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown at Church Farm across the road. Heritage varieties and rare breeds over there enables them to offer the best local ingredients.
* btw Try some morcilla from Brazil.
