I had quite a late tea before going on to watch last nights match but I checked on the way in if there were any pies available. So immediately on the half time whistle I rushed down behind the Clayton End to get in the queue for a pie.However I also found the queue going right back to the 'Fumare' gates.

I made the judgement that by the time I got to the front of the queue that all the pies would have been sold and that I would miss the kick off for the second half! Therefore I didn't bother to wait!

I just dread the thought that I could have missed an early goal as good as Crooksies last night!
