for once we all seem to be in agreement about the game. Carlisle seemed to class this as their cup final the way they played. if they played like that every week surely they should be a lot higher up than they are even without their games in hand. was the early challenge on matty pearson pre meditated. crock one of our influential players early and you might get away with it as rarely cards come out in the first few mins. for once simpson did something right but went downhill to his normal standard quickly. was wary of him doing this game from the outset and have been proved correct. would have taken a point before the game though.
