It is so good to hear a player putting his love for the game and his club first before offers of more money elsewhere!
Great credit to Billy for being first to sign up and for sticking up for the club. So that if another club really really really want him then they will have to make it lucrative for Billy but also for Stanley by having to pay a fee at the proper valuation!
Let's hope that our other lads will follow his lead and sign up early. Also this will allow John and Jimmy to build a good squad for next season!
