It was indeed a fantastic day out even though the match was something of an edgy affair! We played in ALL BLUE.
My youngest daughter and I went down on the fans coach and we had a momentous time!
Rob Elliott was superb and I remember well his double penalty save and also the key goal by Paul Mullin.
At the end I was trying to dissuade our fans from 'invading the pitch' but after about thirty seconds I relented and ran on myself!
It was fabulous as players and supporters mixed in dance and delight all jumping about like children.
What a great day in the wonderful history of our famous 'Little Club'.
