One of the latter implied people sitting in the stand will get a better view into his garden and a new floodlight will be aimed into his garden. Not sure which way round he thinks the stand will be facing and what fans come to watch.
The other objects because, as he's already extended his house at the back by 8.5m  , so the new stand will be even nearer. Wonder if the club objected to his extension?
As previously discussed planning decision are not (or at least shouldn't be) decided like elections on public votes, but the more comments in favour, the better it will be.

He must be getting us mixed up with Morecambe as I understand the planning application for their new stand had seats that faced away from the pitch!!
