Actually Cashy was right, I live in Germany & most certainly wasn't aware of said publication so I checked up on various German sites for confirmation. The BZgA did issue a booklet aimed at parents of young children to encourage certain dubious activities (as healthy & natural????? REALLY???) but after a major outcry the booklet was pulled in July 2007.
