Jesus a few hours without water and civilization grinds to a halt
mind you while some people were getting all worked up and hot under the collar pipping their horns and spitting at each other in the street and getting out their cars in anger some people not effected by the water outage were openly welcoming people to use their taps to fill bottles and helping out in other ways in the community
