If it's not the law yet, why doesn't the advert make that clear?
False advertising i.e. stating it is the law when it isn't yet the law, isn't supposed to be allowed.
So I'm still confused.
Not only that, but if it isn't the law yet, perhaps that's the reason employers and employees are ignoring it as stated in the ad'?
