Well,don't quote me on this but I know a Tennant who has broken his tenancy agreement on at least three counts and H/Homes are doing NOTHING about it .Might I be so bold as to suggest it's because they haven't got a clue what they doing Period!!!!
They swop and change housing officers more often than the Telegraph is printed,probably because they regularly need to be hospitalised for brain transplant's. No forget that because it implies they have a brain to start with.So,if you have a brain steer well clear of Hyndburn Homes.
