Loose hoss.
Has anybody lost a horse?
I was approaching the new roundabouts at Church about 8.40 PM yesterday and traffic from Oswaldtwistle was going very slowly behind a horse.
It apparently was hungry because it hopped into the roundabout nearest Accrington and started munching.
I managed to get past and away so what happened next I've no idea.
