This thread is so emotive!
Depends on what you want, & can afford!
We all have to justify where we live, for whatever reason.
I came to Accy in 1964, lived in where I worked....
Met my 'wife-to-be'.
Bought a terraced house in Dill Hall Lane for £1350.
Nine years & two kids later, moved to Moss Hall Rd, @ £16500.
Next step, Aysgarth Drive @ £40000.(Now up for sale @ £190000.00)
Now 'downgraded' to a bungalow in 'geriatrics row' (hospital area),
& couldn't be happier!!
We have neighbours who keep an eye out for us, no yobs, very peaceful...
Perfect area!!!
