The issue is that most banks are run with a view firmly on shareholder return. I see it every day, Cost cutting, efficiency drives they even made the girls who looked after stationary/printer paper/etc redundant so in a office of 1500 people you have to order your own/give cost centres/arrange delivery/storage etc. Its a joke, You need a new pen?
