aint had a fag now for 3 n half years, got one of them vapours, it did help me, rarely use it now or even take it out wi me, apart from when i go up Stanley, i never stopped fer health reasons, dont really give a monkies about them at my age, so i was a smoker fer 50 odd years, only time i fancy a fag now, is when i'm watching one of those owd progs on telly from around 50s or 60s, every begger and his dog lights upon them, so then the craving kicks in.
