I don't care about a persons sexuality as long as it doesn't interfere with what they are paid to do......however, some homosexuals and lesbians are so 'in your face' with their sexuality that it becomes almost a challenge......that I find offensive and disturbing. (PLEASE NOTE......I said SOME). And I use gay to mean lively, bright or merry......not homosexual or lesbian.
