Next time, chop some mushrooms and cube some ham (preferably home boiled and thick cut) put some tagliatelle on to boil, bung your ham and mushrooms into a wide pan, pour over cream (preferably double - and lots!), grate over a little nutmeg, add a pinch of celery salt, when all done, bung in together and stir well, add freshly grated Parmesan if you like it ...... food for the Gods, and quick and easy.
