It should begin in schools with children learning discipline and maybe then parents of the future would discipline their children better than most do now. There is too much of letting children have their own way and parents not being held responsible for their childrens actions. If a child 16yrs or under is out late at night causing trouble the parents should be brought to task.It their responsibility to know where they are and what they are up to.As someone said in an earlier post years ago the police would clip lads round the ear and it would be no good them going home and complaining cause they would have got another. That would not happen now mores the pity.
