Being taught at a catholic grammar, I had Latin rammed down my throat!!
Although, 60 plus years later, apart from Hic Haec Hoc, (not even sure that is correct!), all I can remember is Cashy's tagline, NLTBGYD!
Roughly translated as :
Non illeggitimae carborundum
