I was informed by HBC cleansing department or whatever it's called that it is impossible for a bin bag to fall from the bin wagon when I complained that my front was strewn with assorted rubbish and bin bags every bin day.
This week I can actually identify the flippin bag which found its way to the outside of my garden wall having deposited its contents the length and breadth of Willows Lane. It came from across the road. It fell of the flippin truck!
