Re: Question for the "Ultra's"

[QUOTE=Redskin]Firstly, to avoid a thread misconception, I must applaud the Ultra's for their attempts at raising the imaginary Clayton-end roof!fficeffice" /><O></O>

<O></O>

My question is: with all these fund raising events, T-shirts, arm-bands, PS2 nights etc, have you thought about channelling some funds back into the club, maybe sponsoring a game?<O></O>

Give us time Redskin. The Ultras havent been going as long as the club & fundraising is still at the early stages. Bear in mind while these events are on the clubhouse & bar are being used & this all contributes to the development of the club. What has been done has raised the club profile well so far-remember the streamers at Halifax & although only a few members -the six - paid for the plane, havent you heard the buzz around town re it? I call on clients all round & many were pleased to see such a stunt as they are fed up with the big clubs, mega wages players et al. It will all come back to the club & most importantly promote The Stanley. The milk ad is dead & buried- the Ultras are the next generation. So get behind us & even join in-it is so much fun( & warmer on the terraces on a cold winters night!)
