or the supposed head of the department i got through to after 4 hours on the phone was an outright liar who after telling me on previous occasions it was all the polices responsibility got the hint that i wasnt going to be fobbed off so dreamed up an excuse because there is no logical reason to stop protecting the blind , children , pedestrians of all types plus law abiding motorists who go when lights say green from scumbags who think red does not apply to them
