Anyway, the improvements in technology aren't a problem, until it gets into the hands of someone who wants to use it for illegal means.

It's the same with anything though. Kitchen knives, for example are very handy things. We use them to chop things, to cut bread and general other boring kitcheny things.

The same knife in someone else's hands, has the capacity to kill someone. Is that the fault of the knife?
