technology is not at fault its te people who use it or allow their children to use it
ime not sure what kind of pictures this 12 year old sent to her boyfriend but if they were indecent ones its not the mobile phones fault its the parents fault for not embedding any moral codes of conduct into their child
personaly i think kids should not have mobiles theres a lot of covered up health issues caused by them and also gives a child way too much freedom
