The scientist who formulated this poison has stated quite clearly that this was a Russian state sponsored attack...that this military grade toxin is strictly regulated and is unavailable outside Russia.
Anyway, samples of the poison are being handed over to a Dutch laboratory for independent testing.
Maybe once this has been done it can be cleared up....what has any other country got to gain by tarring Russia...it could lead to nuclear conflict....and why would anyone want that???

It is a very dangerous game to be playing, but then so is poisoning someone here with a very potent toxin that could have affected many people.
Whoever it was that carried this out, it is a blatant act of aggression.
