the police man told me that on the night of the muggimg there were 5 patrols covering accrington and surrounding areas

this was all the manpower they had to cover

town cener pubs/night clubs

robberies

muggings

everything else

he also told me that if they wind the window down on their car and ask someone what they are up to they then have to return to the police station and fill out a lenghthy report on it

the criminals know this so no wonder they can get away with robberies and muggings etc they know the police are sat in the station filling out reports

vigilantism is not a good thing but if this carrys on people will start taking the law into their own hands and the eye for an eye method of doing things will return

what is our council tax been spent on ..

yup anything but police it seems
