Whilst on the subject of health and safety, I have just been reading on another local forum where a local old man reported to have Dementia, weeing and pooing in a bucket, taking it outside and emptying it into the gutter. Apparently, it has been reported to various local authorities including the police, Observer and Telegraph and no one wants to know. I could not believe that in this day and age that this is allowed to happen.
