Home ownership is not for everyone particularly if you have poor heath making looking after it hard going so renting with a good landlord is often a welcome alternative perhaps.

think your last sentance sums the whole issue up. wish i could have done things like you did when you were young but my woodworking exploits at school are still remembered today with more than a little laughter.
