Of course he should be, but I can tell you that it is unlikely that this will satisfy him.
He was just using the story as a vehicle to promote recreational use of the stuff....insinuating that if it was used for medicinal purposes, well then, where's the harm.
Diamorphine is used for pain under medical supervision(a controlled drug) heroin is its Street counterpart...class A and illegal.
Just because something is used in medical practice does not mean it is safe for recreational purposes.
