They now state that all plastics (except polythene bags and wrappings), should be included. So bleach bottles, detergent and fabric softener bottles, shampoo, conditioner, meat trays etc. should now be included.
I reckon that whoever decided upon, and whoever approved the sizes was educated at the Dianne Abbott School of Advanced Arithmetic.
