Just been reading about Phil Edwards getting a bad knee injury in pre-season training with Bury, that needed an operation which apparently went quite well.
I hope that he gets fit soon and that he can have a couple of good seasons before 'ano domini' catches up with him like the rest of us.
'Sun Bed' Phil was one of my favourite players during his years here at Stanley!
