Our wheelies are every other Tues. and are emptied from the corner of the back street. On a Wed. following the wheelie empty, we have a gizmo drive down the back street (one of those motorised street cleaning machines) cleaning up after the wheelie empty, is that not doing the same job twice.
What I can't understand though is, we were instructed to have our wheelies at the corner of the back street by 7.30AM on the day of collection.............but they don't land to empty them whilst lunch time or just after. Has someone got the "time & motion study" wrong, or are the operatives spending to long in the cafe
